About
Dr. Imgrund spearheads our advanced gynecologic surgery program for our Columbia and Lowcountry centers while also coordinating care for patients presenting with all types of fertility challenges. Originally from Waco, TX, she became a South Carolina Gamecock for life through her undergraduate and medical school studies at USC, where she met her husband, Alex, an attorney currently practicing in Columbia. She completed her residency training in OB/GYN at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas prior to returning to South Carolina where she has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Columbia for the past 8 years.
