John Payne

About

Dr. Payne is a native South Carolinian. He finished his undergraduate degree at Furman University and earned his Medical Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology, completing his Internship and Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center and then subspecialized in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility completing his REI Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Payne served in our U.S. Army for 17 years and had a distinguished military career achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was awarded many honors including the Army Meritorious Service Medal in Operation Iraqi Freedom, the Iraqi Campaign Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
